Move the cursor on the down button to scroll the page down. You can now scroll up and down the pages by moving the cursor over one of the new arrow buttons on the scroll bar. However, note that the extension does not work on secure https sites. Then when you open a website page, you will find buttons on the right scroll bar as shown below.
